1. Middlesbrough to beat Rotherham at home (Sat, 3pm)

Middlesbrough head into their home game against the Championship's bottom club having won back to back games, including a win over Chelsea in the first leg of their Carabao Cup semi final.

Michael Carrick's side head into the weekend just a point behind the play-offs, while their opponents sit rock bottom of the table and eight points from safety.

Rotherham have the worst away record in the Championship this season and haven't won away from home in any competition since November 2022, having also not so much as scored in any of their last three matches against Boro.

2. Coventry to win away at Sheffield Wednesday (Sat, 3pm)

Coventry make the trip to South Yorkshire having won their last three games and their recent record of having won five of their last six matches has seen them climb into the top six despite an awful opening three months to the campaign.

Sheffield Wednesday, meanwhile, sit down in the relegation zone, four points adrift of safety, and are the division's lowest scorers this season following their 4-0 defeat to Southampton last weekend.

The last two meetings between the two sides have both ended 2-0 to the Sky Blues.

3. Bolton to win away at Leyton Orient (Sat, 3pm)

Bolton head into the weekend sat in fourth in League One, but are only two points behind league leaders Portsmouth having also played three games fewer.

The Trotters have won their last four league games without conceding in their last three, and travel to the capital to take on a Leyton Orient side have won just one of their last six home games.

Bolton have won four of their last six matches against Orient in the last 32 years, including both of the most recent two.

4. MK Dons to beat Morecambe at home (Sat, 3pm)

MK Dons prepare for the visit of Morecambe having won five of their last six matches which has seen them climb into the top seven, aided by not losing a home games in the league since September whilst also have two games in hand on most of the teams above them.

Their opponents on Saturday haven't won any of their last six matches, and have only won one league match since the end of October.

Morecambe have lost their last six matches against the Dons, not even managing to find the net in any of those encounters.
