That would be big. There are all kinds of wrestlers on the WWE roster and several of them are stars that other promotions would love to have. That makes it a big deal when one of them becomes available, as signing someone away can be a game changer for any promotion. We could be seeing that again soon, as a former WWE Superstar has had a visit elsewhere.

Last month, Dijak announced that he would be leaving WWE when his contract expired, saying that the company had not even attempted to re-sign him. According to PWInsider.com by way of Cagesideseats.com, Dijak was backstage at this weekend’s AEW Forbidden Door event, though it is not clear if the two sides have come to terms on a deal. It is not clear where Dijak will wrestle next.

Opinion: Dijak would seem to be a rather logical person for AEW to bring in and it wouldn’t surprise me if that is what we saw happen. He was literally under contract with WWE just a week ago and bringing him in would carry a lot of momentum. If nothing else, I’m sure Dijak wants to show what he can do, which he was not given the chance to do on the main WWE roster during his most recent run with the company.
