Seann William Scott has filed to divorce his wife, Olivia Korenberg, after four years of marriage.
The “American Pie” actor, 47, filed for dissolution of marriage from the interior designer in Los Angeles County Courts on Monday, according to documents obtained by Page Six on Wednesday.
According to the filing, he cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.

Getty Images for Deadline HollywoodScott is asking that they divide their assets according to their prenuptial agreement and wants his Hollywood earnings – from before, during and after marriage, as well as since their separation – to belong solely to him.
He is also asking that they both be responsible for their attorney fees
The “Dude Where’s My Car” alum has agreed to grant financial support to Korenberg and is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Frankie Rose Scott.
The filing also revealed the couple’s date of separation as Oct. 2, 2023.
He and Korenberg separated last October, according to legal documents obtained by Page Six.The “American Wedding” star and Korenberg had kept their relationship very private before getting married on Sep. 21, 2019.

Scott spent seven years renovating his family’s modern compound after purchasing a Venice, Calif., property in 2017 for $2.2 million, according to Bloomberg.

The actor made headlines last July when he revealed that he only earned a measly $8,000 for his role in the first “American Pie” movie, which premiered on July 9, 1999.

“I don’t know what happened to the other $2,000 because I ended up having to work at the LA Zoo as a churro guy, so maybe it was even less than $8,000.”
Scott’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
