A former great OL player has relaunched his coaching career, taking charge of a 3rd level team.

Here comes Cris again. The former OL captain finds a position in France. This Monday, he was appointed head of La Berrichone Chateauroux. His mission is to revive the Castelroussain club, which is currently in dire straits in National 1 (last in the standings, with seven defeats in nine matches).

The Brazilian will start in his new role on 1er next November during the duel against Paris 13 Atletico.

His third experience in National 1

Cris has previously coached in this division. Previously, he had taken care of Versailles and Le Mans. Experiments that were not particularly successful. He hopes to do better with Chateauroux, of which he is the 8e coach since 2021.

Before this reconversion, Cris had worked as an assistant coach at OL and also as a TV consultant for the Prime Video channel.
