The Saudi Pro League is set to make a big splash in the transfer market.

After having got their hands on Cristiano Ronaldo two years ago, the Saudi elite managed to convince another Portuguese star, in the person of Joao Cancelo.

L’Equipe reported on Monday a 25 million euro agreement between Manchester City and the Al-Hilal club, which already has a certain Neymar in its ranks, for the 30-year-old full-back.

The interested party is expected to sign a three-year contract in the next few hours, with an annual salary of 15 million euros, excluding bonuses.
