One of football’s most recognisable voices, Alan Smith won’t let anything break his professionalism.
The Arsenal hero and long-time Sky Sports co-commentator, who was also one of the voices of the FIFA video game franchise for a decade, quickly went viral ahead of Manchester United vs West Ham.

However, to much amusement, the 61-year-old didn’t skip a beat, continuing his punditry as if nothing had happened.
Stepping in to save his colleague once he’d finished his point, Ben Ransom said: “I’m going to end it there, because this is absolutely brilliant.
“I’ve never seen a more consummate professional than Alan Smith. It’s a two o’clock kick-off here, so we’re going to go and get a towel and dry off.”
The Arsenal legend then grinned as he wiped his face, before a few hours of sitting in a chilly commentary box in Manchester.
Smith has one of the most distinctive and recognisable voices in commentary after a glittering playing career.
A former striker, the Birmingham-born star netted 84 goals in 217 games for Leicster before registering 115 in 347 games for Arsenal.
A two-time league champion with the Gunners, he also has 13 England caps to his name.
