Coveted for several months by AS Roma to replace Tiago Pinto, French sports director Florent Ghisolfi will become the new boss of decisions for the Giallorossi. According to our information, the formalization is imminent and the Roman club should communicate the news in the coming hours. The final details were settled between all parties and the 3-year contract was signed at the beginning of the week. As we revealed to you exclusively, Ghisolfi quickly expressed his desire to leave OGC Nice to the Nice leaders.

He also resigned from his post in order to facilitate his departure for Roma who did not need to pay compensation to the Aiglons. Having passed through RC Lens then OGC Nice, a position he has held since October 2022, Florent Ghisolfi has built a solid reputation in recent years which has caught the eye abroad, particularly in Italy. As a reminder, AS Roma is currently ranked 6th in Serie A and is guaranteed to play a European competition next season.
