For several weeks, the young Turk Arda Güler (19 years old) has been showing Real Madrid supporters the extent of his talent. The young winger, after an adaptation phase truncated by injuries, has put together great performances and goals (6 goals in 10 matches played in La Liga). But the former Fenerbahçe player could have had a good time at the enemy club, Atlético de Madrid. According to information from the Cadena Ser, the Colchoneros could have enlisted the Turk in 2022, a year before his signing for Real. And for only a handful of millions of euros.

The player would have in fact only cost the Colchoneros 5 million euros. The good relations between the Madrid club and the Istanbul club would have favored the negotiations which were not successful. Andrea Berta’s sports management would not have approved the profile of the young winger. In the off-season, Atlético de Madrid will have to recompose their attack and numerous transfers are being prepared.
