EXCLUSIVE: BAFTA North America is adding some names to its board.
The U.S. arm of the British film and TV organization has appointed four new members: Julia Bianco Schoeffling, Niels Swinkels, Siobhan Reddy, and Rochelle Rose.
This follows Julie La’Bassiere’s appointment to the Board earlier in 2024.
Elsewhere, Sally Habbershaw, EVP of the Americas at All3Media International, has been appointed as Deputy Chair, succeeding Elliot Knight and Jon Katz, who has produced projects including Netflix’s Longest Third Date, has been appointed as Secretary, succeeding Betsy Rodgers.
Bianco Schoeffling is a voice and performance capture casting director. She is the co-founder and COO of The Halp Network and casting credits include The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Spider-Man 2.
Swinkels is EVP and Managing Director of Universal Pictures International, having overseen theatrical distribution efforts across global markets.
Reddy is Studio Director at Media Molecule, the company behind games such as LittleBigPlanet and Dreams.
Rose is the National Director of Performers Programs at the SAG-AFTRA Foundation. She oversees the creation, development and delivery of career-building training programs for the guild. She is also an actor and is best known for her role as The Countess of Rothes in Titanic.
