FC Barcelona will confirm on Monday the roadmap for their much-anticipated return to the Spotify Camp Nou during a press conference at the Auditori 1899.
Elena Fort, the vice president of the club’s Institutional Area, will present the detailed plan.
However, no specific dates for the return will be announced. Instead, the phased re-entry process for club members will be outlined, covering the transition up until 2026.
When will Barcelona return to Camp Nou?
According to Diario SPORT, the club had initially considered tying the return to coincide with the celebrations of their 125th anniversary or the final home match of 2024 against Atletico Madrid in December.
However, both options have been ruled out. Now, the focus is on late January or early February 2025 as the most likely return window.

However, their final Champions League group stage match on January 29 against Atalanta will still take place at the Montjuic.
This is because UEFA requires the club to hold the entire group phase in the same stadium. As a result, the club is leaning towards February for a “clean slate” return to Camp Nou, with a firm assurance that the move will be completed within this season.
Barcelona are initially expected to operate with limited capacity at the new Camp Nou, potentially supporting up to 65,000 spectators.
However, once the entire project is completed, the stadium can accommodate over 100,000 spectators.
In preparation for the transition, the club will begin holding informational sessions for its delegate members regarding the upcoming Assembly.
Treasurer Ferran Olive and economist Oriol Amat will lead these sessions to provide updates.
