Bayern Munich have reportedly made a big offer to secure the services of Désiré Doué.

Currently with Thierry Henry’s French Olympic team, Désiré Doué must also take care of his future. It must be said that the 19-year-old attacking midfielder is not short of requests. On PSG’s radar, the young Rennes player is also in the sights of Bayern Munich, who have decided to move up a gear in this matter.

After having made an initial offer to Stade Rennais of 35 million euros (bonus included), declined by the Breton club, the Bavarians have returned this time with an envelope of 55 million euros (bonus included), according to RMC Sport. A proposal that comes close to the demands of the Red and Black.

Al-Khelaïfi took matters into his own hands

For its part, PSG is not admitting defeat. Determined to get the French international hopeful, the capital club should respond in the coming hours with a new offer. The last one, refused by Rennes, amounted to 45 million euros (bonuses included). The player, himself, has not yet decided between the two clubs.

According to media reports The AthleticParisian president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, would have decided to get personally involved in the case. A fan of the player, the boss of the Parc des Princes residents would push to complete the operation. The battle for Doué is therefore not yet over.
