Complicated period for Manuel Neuer (37 years old). Absent for several months due to a fracture of the lower part of his right leg after a fall while skiing in December 2022, the Bayern Munich goalkeeper is once again in the infirmary. While he has played 13 matches this season with the reigning German champion, Manuel Neuer has slight knee pain as indicated by the media Kicker.

The German goalkeeper missed training on Monday, 48 hours before the match against Lazio Rome in the Champions League. He was already announced as uncertain before the match against Bayer Leverkusen (3-0) but was finally able to hold his place against the Bundesliga leader. His presence for Wednesday is therefore uncertain.
