Bayern’s 10-year title streak is under threat and they’ll have to win fixtures like this if they want to reclaim their crown again this season.

Thomas Tuchel’s side take on Gladbach who are currently 12th in the table having experienced a difficult campaign so far.

Bayern Munich vs Gladbach: Kane he get any better?

Kane is hoping to lead his new side to another title this season so he can get his hands on the first trophy of his career.

The former Tottenham superstar has certainly made an impact on Bayern, setting new scoring records almost on a weekly basis so far.

And he has the chance to claim another this weekend.

Should Kane score yet again at the Allianz Arena, it would see him equal Robert Lewandowski’s record of 24 goals in just 19 Bundesliga games.

He would also incredibly equal Luca Toni’s record for the best debut season at Bayern only halfway into the campaign.

Kane is averaging a goal every 74 minutes meaning he’s likely to net in this game, however, Gladbach are one of only three teams he is yet to score against.

Bayern Munich vs Gladbach: Team news

New signing Sacha Boey could come straight into the Bayern team with injuries leaving the right-back position open.

Raphael Guerreiro filled the gap last time out but he is likely to move into midfield with Joshua Kimmich and Konrad Laimer expected to miss out.

Kingsley Coman is also sidelined after picking up a knee injury.

As for Gladbach, they could see Alassane Plea return from some time out while former Leeds defender Maximillian Wober may come back from illness.

Midfielder Rocco Reitz will be eyeing a starting spot after recovering from a muscle issue.

Bayern Munich vs Gladbach: What has been said?

Manchester United icon Paul Parker has labelled Kane ‘selfish’ as he gave an astonishing view on the England captain.

Parker said: “As much as I'm not a big fan of Harry Kane, you have got to respect the amount of goals he is scoring.

"It's definitely impressive. The problem is that he is not good to have around. The only thing he is focusing on is beating Lewandowski's record.

"That's the only thing he cares about and then he can come back to the Premier League to take another record. He is very selfish.

"Look, everyone is laughing about him in England. People were talking about him leaving because he wanted to win trophies and he is not winning anything.

"On the flip side of things, Tottenham are doing extremely well. I said it when he was there, they would be better without him.

"Now, it shows that I was right. When Harry Kane is at a club, everything is about him. Everything.

"I think Spurs should be happy he left them.”
