Bayern Munich wants to strengthen its central defense this summer. The Bavarians are not sure of keeping elements like Matthijs de Ligt or Dayot Upamecano, dissatisfied with their performances this season. The leaders have already targeted an element of choice in the person of Jonathan Tah, still under contract until 2025 with Bayer Leverkusen with whom he has just been crowned German champion.

If the B04 wishes to keep it, the 28-year-old player would like to experience new horizons. Problem, Xabi Alonso’s club does not want to strengthen a direct competitor and will set a higher price for Bayern than for other courtiers, the English for example. For Bildthe price will be €40 million for Munich residents, compared to €30 million for others.
