Brock Lesnar has been missing from WWE television since his match against Cody Rhodes at the SummerSlam Premium Live Event. His return is uncertain, with speculation swirling about a possible connection to Vince McMahon’s trafficking lawsuit. In fact, some believe that Lesnar’s return during McMahon’s allegations would be bad publicity.

Initially, there were plans for Brock Lesnar to participate in the Royal Rumble. However, these plans were altered due to his legal entanglements related to Vince McMahon’s trafficking lawsuit.

In addition to his absence from WWE programming, Lesnar encountered further setbacks in his relationship with the company. Notably, he was excluded from the latest WWE video game, WWE 2K24, and sidelined from WWE Creative’s plans for the foreseeable future.

While speaking on Story Time With Dutch Mantell, Mantell explained that WWE needs to distance itself from Lesnar, adding that if they bring him back, it would be bad publicity for WWE.

“Put a little distance in between these charges and bringing him back,” said Mantell. I think that would get them a lot of bad, bad publicity. His name right now (…) They can’t bring him back now. I don’t think legally. I would say my advice to WWE is [to] let some time go by and get this matter behind you. Jim Ross just come out and said, ‘Hey, it’s time to move on. It’s time to do this. It’s time to do that.’ No, it’s time to move on. When it goes through the legal system, that’s when it’s over.”

Ringside News exclusively reported that there is no change to the circumstances regarding Brock Lesnar and the company isn’t making moves to bring him back. Nevertheless, it remains to be seen if he will ever return to WWE television.
