BREAKING: Fubara Finally Replaces Wike’s Men, Swears In His Loyalists

Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara conducted an official inauguration ceremony on Wednesday morning, swearing in newly appointed interim chairpersons for all 23 local government areas across the state.

The event took place at the Government House in Port Harcourt, the state capital, amid heightened security measures. The first group of 11 caretaker chairpersons have now taken their oath of office.

These appointments swiftly followed the submission of the nominees’ list to the state House of Assembly. Speaker Victor Jumbo currently leads the Assembly.

Earlier, the House had sent out invitations for the candidates’ screening, scheduled for 8 am on Wednesday.
