Brooks Jensen has been making a name for himself with his skills in WWE NXT lately. It’s also clear that Jensen is a fan of old-school music and with WWE shifting its focus to using mainstream artists for entrance themes, Jensen has hinted that he might change his own entrance song to reflect this new trend.
It was recently reported that WWE is considering significant changes to its music for shows and superstar entrances. The company plans to use mainstream musical artists moving forward and might also part ways with Def Rebel, who have been producing WWE’s music since 2019.
While these changes are still unfolding, Brooks Jensen seems enthusiastic about the possibility of a new direction for entrance themes. On Twitter, Jensen reacted to the report with a post that suggests he might have a specific song in mind, as he hinted at changing his theme song.
”Wait so that means… #SmackDown #WWENXT”
Brooks Jensen’s tweet appears to reference Journey’s 1983 hit “Separate Ways (Worlds Apart),” which he previously used in a non-televised NXT match against Oba Femi last October. Jensen was also furious that WWE reused a 2K20 music for his current entrance theme, so we will have to wait and see if Brooks Jensen will end up getting ”Separate Ways” as a permanent theme song soon enough.
