Chelsea Green wants to cross the line one more time.

Green was a guest on Busted Open Radio on Friday morning. During her appearance, she mentioned that she has been pitching a potential TNA cameo to Tommy Dreamer, who holds a backstage role in the company.

“I’m actually so happy Tommy’s here too because I have been sending him numerous texts trying to get on TNA. Now he’s in front of me, he’s got to answer me, Chelsea Green said. “What do you think—maybe me versus Masha [Slamovich], winner takes all [for the WWE Women’s United States and TNA Knockouts Championships]?

“If you would like it. That’s a little above my pay grade,” Dreamer replied.

“I feel like I am Miss America,” Green added. “Lady Liberty.”

“As you are United States Women’s Champion. Winner takes all, [I don’t know]. We might have to have some negotiations on that one,” said Dreamer.

Chelsea Green previously worked for TNA/IMPACT Wrestling in two different runs. Green first worked there between 2016-2018 as Laurel Van Ness. During that run, she won the promotion’s Knockouts Championship. Green returned under her own name in 2021 and had one reign as Knockouts World Tag Team Champion with Deonna Purrazzo.

Chelsea Green is open to a possible rematch with Penta

Green addressed another part of her past recently, as she was asked about running it back with Penta by Cultaholic. Green and Penta previously squared off in Lucha Underground in 2018, but she’s not closing the door on a rematch in WWE.

“Well look, never say never as Justin Bieber once said. Never say never,” Green said when asked about a potential rematch. “However, that was one of the craziest matches I’ve ever had in my whole entire life. I owe everything to Penta for that match. He, seriously, held my hand and wrestled me through that 15-minute match.

“The fact that it just keeps coming up and going viral again is really cool, because at the time it was a big deal. At the time, I really felt proud of it, but then we move on, the next week hits and we watch the next show and we’re onto the next move. It’s really interesting to see it kind of keep popping up and making a resurgence. Now that Penta’s with WWE I can’t wait to beat him up.”
