Christina Hall posted a crying selfie to refute her estranged husband Josh Hall’s claim that HGTV “manufactured drama” for their show, “The Flip Off.”

The soon-to-be exes engaged in a social media battle Monday after Josh, 44, posted a screenshot of a news article about their “tense fight” in a sneak peek of the series’s Jan. 29 premiere episode.

“[That feeling when] you can’t get enough ratings with celebrity 🏠 designers, so you rely on manufactured drama with me, a nobody. @hgtv, you’ve changed 🙄,” he wrote on his Instagram Story.

Christina, 41, took a screenshot of Josh’s message and reposted it on her Story to slam his claim.

“Manufactured?!” she wrote later Monday. “Pretty sure no one at Hgtv told you to be rude to me…. That was all natural.”

The “Flip or Flop” alum followed up her post by sharing a photo of herself crying in a car after filming the upcoming season last summer.

“This was taken June 21, 2024,” she captioned the selfie. “After one of my shoots with Josh. This is ‘real’ and a reminder to myself that I deserve better.”

The Instagram feud occurred four days after HGTV released a preview of “The Flip Off” that showed the then-couple getting into an argument before preparing to take on Christina’s ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his new wife, Heather Rae Young, in a home-flipping showdown.

“This is a competition,” Josh told Christina while driving. “We gotta pull out all stops. Whatever it takes to win, I’ll do it. Halls rule! You’re supposed to say it with me, or repeat it, or something that shows that you’re with me. Remember, you’re a Hall now.”

The “Christina on the Coast” star did not seem as eager, prompting her spouse to call her out for being “confused” on what her “last name is.” (She has gone through three divorces and changed her name each time.)

“You’re rude,” Josh said in the clip before admitting he wanted Christina to “shut up already” because she was “pissing [him] off.”

The “Christina in the Country” star ultimately filed for divorce from the real estate agent in July 2024 after nearly three years of marriage.

Another “Flip Off” sneak peek showed Christina sitting down with El Moussa, with whom she shares two children, to break the news that she and Josh had “officially split up.”

“We had a blow-up. Middle fingers in my face,” she confessed to her first husband through tears. “Things with Josh had been bad for a long time. The kids literally ask me to leave. They told me he’s not nice to me. Why would I stick around?”

The divorce has only become more tumultuous, with Josh reportedly feeling “blindsided” by the filing and Christina accusing him of stealing.
