Christina Hall says her and Josh’s divorce is heading for trial as he goes Instagram-official with new girlfriend

Christina Hall and Josh Hall are set to take their divorce to trial despite officially moving on with new partners.

During a recent episode of SiriusXM’s “Jeff Lewis Live,” Jeff Lewis asked Christina if they were “making headway” with a private settlement or agreement.

“Not even close,” the “Flip or Flop” alum immediately replied. “We are going to be going to trial, I hear.”

The real estate investor, 41, claimed that her ex “doesn’t want to do mediation” and therefore their next option is settling in court.

“It’s going to be fun,” she added sarcastically. “Can’t wait. I shall work forever.”

Christina –– who also confirmed she hired famed divorce attorney Laura Wasser –– further alleged Josh has “been asking” her to pay his attorney’s fees.

“I’ve already had to give a little something, but then he bought a Bentley,” Christina claimed as a response to his request. “So I gave him money to live, and he bought a Bentley, but he also doesn’t have a job.”

After her friend Kylie Wing said that “no one knows how he’s living right now,” the HGTV quipped, “But he’s driving a Bentley, so sure he’s pulling a lot of chicks.”

The latest update on their split comes one day after Josh went Instagram-official with his new girlfriend, Stephanie Gabrys.

A source also confirmed his new relationship status last week, telling People, “Josh met someone wonderful in Nashville, and they have been happily dating for some time. [He] wasn’t trying to date, but he met someone, and it was a perfect match.”

Meanwhile, Christina has reportedly been dating Christopher Larocca, the CEO of telecommunications service provider Network Connex, “for a few months.”

“They’re always together and out and about around Newport,” a source told the Daily Mail last week. “They even have traveled abroad and visited other countries together.”

Despite their new relationships, Christina and Josh will be reliving the demise of their marriage as it plays out in the upcoming season of the “Flip Off.”

The former couple officially went their separate ways in July 2024 when Josh filed for divorce after just two years of marriage.

Since then, they have made several accusations against each other, including that Josh stole $35,000 from Christina’s bank accounts.
