The enigmatic narrative surrounding the cryptic QR codes interrupting WWE television programming via glitches has captured the WWE universe’s attention since it began, and this time dragged the Best in the World, CM Punk into the mystery for its latest message.

After weeks of tantalizing hints, the mystery made its way on the latest edition of Friday Night SmackDown, where an eerie piece of music enveloped the entire arena in Pittsburgh before going on air.

This eerie atmosphere set the stage for yet another QR code glitch during the in-ring showdown between Nia Jax and Naomi. Upon scanning, viewers were treated to video featuring an eerie reinterpretation of WWE’s latest introduction video, accompanied by the voice of Triple H with his tone swiftly changing, taking on a more ominous demeanor, followed by a long cryptic message.

Interestingly, the start of the recreated WWE introduction video replaces former WWE Champion CM Punk at the same spot as the original video with Bray Wyatt’s former mysterious ally, Sister Abigail.

CM Punk and Bray Wyatt were part of the New Nexus back in 2011 when the Second City Saint took over the leadership of the group from Wade Barrett. Moreover, it was Punk himself who inflicted on Wyatt, then known as Husky Harris, by beating him up with a leather strap.

With speculations of a dark force related to Bray Wyatt’s intellectual property on its way to the global juggernaut, we will have to wait and see if they choose CM Punk to be their first target en route of establishing their darkness over the WWE landscape.

Do you think the mysterious force would choose to target CM Punk upon the revelation of the ominous mystery in WWE? Sound off in the comments!
