At the same time, there are some NXT wrestlers who are not in developmental, but rather in NXT while on a bit of a break from the main roster. Now it seems that a former main roster star may be on the way back up.

This week on SmackDown, NXT’s Bron Breakker officially signed with SmackDown, moving him up to the main roster. This comes in the same week that Breakker and Baron Corbin won the NXT Tag Team Titles. According to Fightful Select, there have been discussions of bringing Corbin back up to SmackDown to continue the team. There have also been discussions of changing the team’s name from the unofficial Wolfdogs to Spear Of Days.
