EXCLUSIVE: Smartless Media, the company set up by Will Arnett, Jason Bateman, and Sean Hayes following the success of their eponymous podcast, is launching its latest show with D’Arcy Carden.

The Good Place star is to front Wikihole. The series will feature a panel of comedians who fall down a Wikipedia rabbit hole of bizarre and intriguing connections by guessing how famous events, locations and people are connected.

It is the latest show for the company, which has series from the likes of Jameela Jamil, Rob Corddry and Rex Chapman.

Each episode of Wikihole will see the comedians guessing how famous events and random celebrities are linked; what’s the population of Rio de Janeiro have to do with how many beers Andre the Giant can crush in one sitting? That’s for the panel to figure out.

Smartless Media will produce with Radio Point, the podcast venture of I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson producer Irony Point, and Bateman’s Aggregate Films.

Will Arnett, Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes and Smartless Media President Richard Korson will exec produce, alongside Alex Bach, Michael Costigan, Emma Ho and Meghan O’Neill. Bernie Kaminski and Taylor Kowalski are producers and Anne Harris is talent producer.

The series will launch on Amazon Music and Wondery+ on February 26 before launching on all podcast platforms on March 4.

“This is the perfect trivia comedy show for dummies and smarties alike,” said Carden. “I get to laugh with my friends and even maybe learn something? What could be better? We’ve been having too much fun and I can’t wait for you to listen and play along.”

Carden is represented by Rise Management, UTA and Jackoway Austen Tyerman Wertheimer Mandelbaum Morris Bernstein Trattner & Klein. SmartLess Media is represented by CAA.
