Damian Priest assembles his dream WarGames lineup.
With Crown Jewel now in the rearview mirror, WWE now looks ahead to the Survivor Series: WarGames premium live event, which emanates from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on November 30. Last year, Damian Priest lost alongside his Judgment Day stablemates in the Men’s WarGames match. This year, Priest has been cast out of the faction, with fellow ex-Judgment Day member Rhea Ripley as his primarily ally.
During a recent appearance on Casual Conversations with The Classic, Priest was asked to identify his dream WarGames team lineup, aside from Ripley. In response, Priest pointed toward three fellow WWE Raw talents, and one WWE Hall of Famer.
“One thing about the Judgment Day, we don’t make friends. I got a few people now that I’m cool with,” Priest said. “I’m cool with Jey [Uso], and I appreciate him. Sheamus and I have talked and we’re getting along these days. So I’d say so far it’s me, Sheamus, and Jey. I don’t have many friends, man. R-Truth thinks he’s in the Judgment Day, so maybe not. He’d probably be on their team, but no, that’s my dog. I feel like he’d be on my side.
“Aside from Rhea, if Rhea can’t do it. I don’t know. Who else has beef with the guys that I have problems with? I’m not sure. I think we’re just gonna to have to go a little a little short-handed at the moment, unless one of them brings a friend … Maybe [The Undertaker] will come out of retirement and join us.”
As of now, WWE has not confirmed the lineup for either the 2024 Men’s or Women’s WarGames matches. Priest has, however, solidified himself a future WWE World Heavyweight Championship rematch against “The Ring General” GUNTHER, which could potentially take place at Survivor Series: WarGames.
