Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another lawsuit from a former acquaintance. The 54-year-old rapper was accused of sexual assault, battery and violence in a lawsuit filed in New York on Thursday (May 23) by April Lampros. Keep reading to find out more… The Hollywood Reporter examined the court documents, which state April was the victim of “terrifying sexual encounters” at the hands of Diddy. April met the musician in the ’90s and described multiple alleged moments that she found herself in while acquainted with him, including at least one incident of rape. She also alleged that Diddy forced her to have a sexual encounter with his then-girlfriend Kim Porter. “Ms. Lampros vocally opposed this idea, but Mr. Combs quickly reminded her that she had no control over the situation as he could make her lose her job,” the lawsuit reads. The latest complaint against the musician comes days after a surfaced 2016 video appears to show him assaulting his ex Cassie in a hotel. The “Me & U” singer accused Diddy of rape and physical abuse in a lawsuit filed in late 2023. The suit was settled outside of court one day later. Since Cassie‘s lawsuit, multiple other women have accused Diddy of sexual assault in other lawsuits. His homes in Los Angeles and Miami were also raided by law enforcement amid allegations of sexual assault and sex trafficking. Diddy issued an apology for the incident with Cassie. She also responded to the video leaking.
