Don Lemon sees fatherhood in his future.
The journalist and his husband, Tim Malone, are “family planning,” he revealed to E! News Thursday.
“I can’t tell you when,” Lemon teased. “We already have three fur babies, and I’ve only been married for three weeks. But yes, we are planning something, and we’ll let you know when.”

The couple tied the knot on April 6 in New York City, with Luann de Lesseps, Matt Lauer and more celebs attending the nuptials.
Years before the ceremony, Lemon told “Tamron Hall Show” viewers that he was “thinking about starting a family” with the real estate broker.

“We’ve got to get married first,” he said in the April 2021 interview.
“We’re thinking about [whether] we want to adopt, [whether] we want to go through surrogacy, how we want to do it,” Lemon noted at the time.
The Emmy winner started dating Malone in 2016.

Lemon was a CNN anchor at the time but exited the network in 2023 after making sexist remarks about Nikki Haley — although he later claimed he was fired for refusing to put “bigots and liars” on air.
While the former “Don Lemon Tonight” host was set to launch a new show on X, Elon Musk canceled the project in March.
