You never know when you might see someone get hurt and that can put them out of action for a long time. Unfortunately it can come at a rather bad time, which might be the case again with one of the biggest stars in WWE today.

According to PWInsider.com by way of Wrestlingnews.co, Drew McIntyre is expected to take some time off from the ring due to an injury. McIntyre reportedly suffered a hyper extended elbow during hit WrestleMania XL match against Seth Rollins, though he continued to wrestle through the UK tour. McIntyre is said to have received praise for working through the injury. There is no word on how long he will be out of action. This comes as McIntyre recently signed a new long term deal with WWE.

Opinion: This isn’t the biggest surprise as McIntyre’s arm has not looked great due to the big pad he has been using on it. Hopefully everything works out well and he is back in the ring sooner than later, as he has been doing some of the best work of his career in recent weeks. If nothing else, it would be great to hear him talk more and more, as that has been a major highlight.
