The LWO is back in full force, as Dragon Lee returned on WWE RAW.
The Judgment Day came to the ring on the August 26 episode of WWE RAW. The group hyped up how they laid out Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest last week. Liv Morgan looked ahead to WWE Bash in Berlin, as she vowed that she and Dominik Mysterio would beat the duo.
Rey Mysterio and the LWO interrupted. Dragon Lee made his return, as he was with his stablemates. Rey told his son that he was a lost soul, and he needed help. He also called Dominik a jackass. The confrontation broke down into a brawl,
The two teams then clashed in a hard-fought eight-man tag team match. In one highlight, all four members of the LWO dove onto their opponents at ringside. Rey hit Dominik with the 619, but Morgan pulled Dominik out of the ring. Dominik then cradled Rey for the win. The Judgment Day attacked the LWO after the bell. Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest made the save. Priest and Ripley brawled with the Judgment Day, and The Terror Twins stood tall.
Dragon Lee had been absent from WWE RAW in recent weeks. He last competed on the show on the June 17 episode, where he lost to Carlito. Lee then competed on the June 18 episode of NXT, and he wrestled at a few Main Event tapings and live events in July. After he was absent again for a few weeks, he competed at the WWE Main Event taping on August 12, and he has not wrestled since.
The eight-man tag team match also marked Rey Mysterio’s return to television. While he has competed at live events, he had not wrestled since the July 8 episode of WWE RAW, where he and Zelina Vega lost to Dominik and Liv Morgan.
Likewise, the match marked Cruz Del Toro’s return to the ring. Prior to the WWE Main Event taping on July 29th, he had not wrestled since the April 5 episode of WWE SmackDown. In April, he revealed that he had undergone surgery.
