Drew McIntyre has pure hatred for CM Punk and that was on full display on Friday Night SmackDown this week as he destroyed The Second City Saint, and now it appears he continued to troll Punk after the show.
CM Punk kicked off the June 21 edition of SmackDown in his hometown of Chicago, addressing the aftermath of WWE Clash at the Castle. He recounted losing a pivotal World title opportunity in Drew McIntyre’s home country of Scotland and successfully fending off a potential attack from The Bloodline with the help of Cody Rhodes.
Later in the night, a backstage segment featuring DIY and Grayson Waller was interrupted by a startling noise. The garage door swung open to reveal a battered CM Punk lying on the floor. Drew McIntyre, who had recently quit WWE on Monday Night RAW, had returned to Chicago seeking revenge on Punk.
The Scottish Warrior dragged visibly bloody Punk to the ringside area and unceremoniously dumped him at the entrance. General Manager Nick Aldis swiftly arrived with security to contain the chaotic situation, and footage later showed Punk being rushed to the hospital in an ambulance.
The Scottish Warrior took to Twitter and decided to brutally troll The Second City Saint as he changed his profile photo to that of Punk’s bloody face, making it clear he reveled in his brutal assault on Punk.

We will have to wait and see what The Scottish Warrior will have to say on Monday Night RAW next week as it is quite clear he and CM Punk will eventually do battle at the SummerSlam Premium Live Event in August.
