Drew McIntyre is excited for fans to see Jey Uso‘s entrance before he destroys him at the WWE RAW on Netflix premiere.
McIntyre set his sights on Uso and the original Bloodline when he returned to WWE programming in December. After beating Sami Zayn twice, he is now targeting Jey Uso. They will clash at the WWE RAW on Netflix premiere.
Speaking with Raj Prasad for Uproxx Sports, Drew McIntyre expressed his excitement about RAW’s debut show on Netflix.
“It has been treated so gigantic and it is so gigantic,” McIntyre said. “The amount of people that’ll be showing up, surprises, the buzz around it is just absolutely incredible.”
As for Uso, McIntyre noted that fans would get to see Jey’s “cool” entrance, but he noted that they would watch him destroy the former champion as well.
“I’m very excited that people tuning in for the first time are going to get to see his entrance, which is very cool, theatrical. It’s like a concert or something. You get to see Drew McIntyre walk out with all the fire and flames and go, my goodness, who is that giant awesome Scottish guy,” McIntyre said. “And then he’s going to destroy Jey Uso and they’re going to go, wow, I love Drew McIntyre. He’s the greatest thing ever.”
