One consists of the group-stage winners, which is where Liverpool, West Ham, Brighton and Rangers will be.
The other is made up of the play-off round winners, with the group-stage section seeded, meaning they play the second leg at home.
Clubs from the same association and same section cannot be drawn against each other at this stage, so all three Premier League sides will avoid each other, while Rangers also can't face any of them.
