Everton’s takeover dreams are over for John Textor. The other Mersey club has just officially announced that an agreement has been reached with the Americans of Friedkin Group. The transaction must now be validated by the competent authorities.
“Blue Heaven Holdings and The Friedkin Group confirm that they have reached agreement on the terms of the sale of Blue Heaven Holdings’ majority stake in Everton Football Club.
