Apart from being a prolific singer in Punjabi industry, Ammy Virk has carved a niche for himself in Bollywood as well. He has featured in films like Bhuj and 83. Ammy Virk is all set to feature in Bad Newz alongside Vicky Kaushal and Triptii Dimri. In an exclusive chat with Bollywood Bubble, the singer-actor credits Vicky for making career of Punjabi singers and extends best wishes for Triptii.
Ammy Virk says Vicky Kaushal has built career of Punjabi singers
During the memory book segment with Bollywood Bubble, Ammy got ecstatic and heaped praises on Bad Newz co-stars Vicky and Triptii. He credits the Sam Bahadur actor for making career of Punjabi singers just by uploading reels. He says, “Vicky and Triptii are very positive persons and amazing souls. Vicky Paaji is mind blowing. He is a dear brother and speaks fluent Punjabi. In fact, he is the only one jisne Punjab ke 2-3 singers ka career banaya hai just reel daalke. Inhone just reel daaldi aur 2-3 bando ke career ban gaye. (He has made career of 2-3 punjabi singers by just uploading a reel).”

Talking about Triptii, he quipped, “First Sonam Bajwa was National Crush and now it’s Triptii Dimri. She is very sweet and I love her with all my heart. I wish all her films do great business.”

On the work front, the actor recently featured in Kudi Haryane Val Di with Sonam Bajwa. He will next be seen in Bad Newz alongside Triptii Dimri and Vicky Kaushal. Apart from this he also has Khel Khel Mein in his kitty. The film is all set to release in September and features Akshay Kumar, Taapsee Pannu, Fardeen Khan among others in pivotal roles. Reports are also rife that the actor is very much a part of Border 2.
