IMG Credit: All Elite WrestlingThat doesn’t sound good. Professional wrestlers have all kinds of things to do to make their careers work. It is not easy to do everything that they are asked to accomplish and it can create some issues. This might not even take place in front of the camera, which makes hings all the more complicated. Earlier this week on AEW Dynamite, Mercedes Mone announced that Britt Baker has been suspended. According to Fightful Select, this is legitimate and stems from a backstage incident with Maxwell Jacob Friedman. Baker is said to have been frustrated about something with Friedman and mentioned it in the women’s locker room.
Friedman’s girlfriend Alicia Atout was in the locker room at the time and reported what was said to Friedman, leading to an argument between Friedman and Baker. Friedman is also said to have punched a wall before his recent match with Will Ospreay. There is no word on how long Baker will be suspended.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that happens on occasion in any locker room, though it isn’t the first time Baker has been accused of such a thing. I’m not sure what happened, but the act that Baker has been suspended from the company so soon after she returned is not a great sign. It could go in a lot of directions, but this isn’t exactly a great sign for Baker’s future.
What do you think of the situation? What should Baker do when she returns to AEW TV? Let us know in the comments below.
