WATCH: Surprise Return Takes Place On NXT After Lengthy Injury Absence

Welcome back. Injuries can be among the worst things to happen in wrestling as they can take any wrestler out of action for a very long time. That can make for some terrible waits for everyone involved, but there are also great moments when someone gets to return to the ring. That is what we saw last week at a live event, but now someone is back on an even bigger stage.

Gigi Dolin made a surprise return this week on NXT, saving Tatum Paxley from a post match attack at the hands of Fatal Influence. Earlier in the night, Paxley had teased that Fatal Influence’s past, which includes Dolin, would come back to haunt them. This was Dolin’s first live appearance since April as she has been out of action with an injury. She did appear in the opening for Halloween Havoc last month and wrestled at a live event last week.

Dolin could shake things up. Check out her return and time in NXT:

Opinion: This was a good way to go as something to be said about having Dolin return after such a lengthy absence. She has been gone due to her injury for a long time and it was a shame to see her out of action for so many months. It seems that she is already back for a pretty big story and now we should be in for a something good now that she is back in action.
