It’s a sight that absolutely no Manchester United fan wants to see right now as Lisandro Martinez has been forced off through injury against West Ham United.
The Argentine appeared to twist his knee after colliding in a challenge with Vladimir Coufal near the touchline and subsequently signalled for medical attention.
After receiving treatment, Martinez was able to carry on briefly for a few minutes before going down again, this time looking dejected as he laid with his arms covering his face.
This doesn't look good for Man United!

He walked gingerly off the pitch while being replaced by Raphael Varane in the 70th minute and headed straight down the tunnel.

Given that the stalwart centre-back has just returned from a four-month spell on the sidelines with a foot complaint, supporters will be fearing the worst.
