Former First Lady Michelle Obama is skipping the inauguration of Donald Trump on Monday (January 20) in Washington, DC. “Former President Barack Obama is confirmed to attend the 60th Inaugural Ceremonies. Michelle Obama also did not attend Jimmy Carter‘s funeral last week and it was later explained why.
