The Hard to Kill pay-per-view was a pivotal event for TNA Wrestling, signaling the beginning of a new era. Afterwards, TNA  Wrestling recorded episodes of TNA iMPACT! in Orlando, FL on January 20. During the tapings, a former WWE Superstar made his debut for the company.

During the tapings, former WWE star Big Damo, also known as Killian Dain, made his debut. Frankie Kazarian introduced him as part of the ongoing program with Eric Young.

Kazarian set a condition that they wouldn’t engage in a fight unless Damo defeated a ghost from his past. Big Dame would end up losing as Eric Young came out on top.

WWE released Killian Dain back in 2021, where it was said that he was released because he wasn’t Vince McMahon’s type of guy. In the years since, Damo rebuilt himself in the indies and other promotions.

TNA Wrestling is certainly in a great period right now, so it remains to be seen whether more former WWE Superstars will end up making their debut in the promotion somewhere down the line.
