Hook and Roderick Strong will compete at AEW Dynamite’s Grand Slam episode, with the FTW Championship on the line.
After issuing a challenge to Strong this past week on Dynamite, Hook will get his wish. During tonight’s episode of AEW Collision, the match was made official, although it’s unclear whether or not the match will occur on the Dynamite portion of Grand Slam, or the Collision portion of the show.
Both shows are scheduled to take place on September 25, 2024, with the Collision portion airing on September 28.
Hook and Strong have had a bit of a back-and-forth feud going for a few weeks, with Hook beating Strong in an eight-man tag team match on an August episode of Dynamite. Other matches set for AEW Dynamite Grand Slam include:
