That could be worse. There are all kinds of injuries that can take place in wrestling, some of which can come out of nowhere. You never know when someone could have a surprise injury during a match, which can occasionally be to a body part that doesn’t often get hurt. That was the situation again this weekend but things might not be as bad as they initially appeared.

At Elimination Chamber over the weekend, the Judgment Day successfully defened their Tag Team Titles against Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate. Following the match, Finn Balor was seen favoring his thumb, which was bleeding. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, Balor’s thumb was described as “ok” after the match. It is not clear what happened, though Dunne did work over Balor’s thumb during the match.
