Greta Lee is taking over Sandra Huller‘s role! The Past Lives actress joined the cast of Kent Jones‘ forthcoming Late Fame, and will be starring alongside Willem Dafoe in the project, via Variety. The Anatomy of a Fall actress was originally set to star in the project, but left due to a scheduling conflict, according to MK2 Films which represent worldwide sales outside of North America. Keep reading to find out more… Greta will play Gloria, a “mercurial theater actress whose magnetic personality and unpredictable allure upend the life of Dafoe’s Ed Saxberger, a former poet rediscovered by a group of young artists.” The film explores the “illusory effect of praise on the soul, and the lingering ghostly presence of the past, whether it’s imagined or vividly remembered,” according to the synopsis. Greta Lee was among the best dressed at the 2024 Academy Museum Gala.
