Author of the opening goal on Sunday against Arsenal, Erling Haaland has once again entered the annals of the Premier League.

Manchester City went through all sorts of trouble on Sunday during the clash against Arsenal. While the Mancunians kept the essentials at the end of added time after seeing the Gunners take the lead just before the break, it was the English champions who had opened the scoring.

The game had only been underway for eight minutes when the inevitable Erling Haaland found the net. A goal synonymous with a new record for the City star.

The Norwegian striker is in fact the first player in history to reach the 10-goal mark after only five games.

And with this goal, Erling Haaland also reached the 100-goal mark for Manchester City in just 105 games.
