Erling Haaland continues in the Manchester City eleven for the reception of Everton, this Saturday noon, in the Premier League.

After returning to competition 10 days ago by coming into play against Burnley, Erling Haaland returned to Manchester City’s starting lineup last weekend against Brentford (1-3 victory). The Norwegian cyborg is able to continue, since he starts the match against Everton, this Saturday (1:30 p.m., live on Canal+ Foot) at the Etihad Stadium.

Excellent news for Haaland as Pep Guardiola’s team plays their Champions League round of 16 first leg in Copenhagen next Tuesday, before a clash against Chelsea the following Saturday. Julian Alvarez is kept in the eleven, supporting the star center forward, while Phil Foden and Jérémy Doku start on the wings.

Leader ahead of Liverpool?

In the event of a victory, the reigning English and European champion would take first place from Liverpool, who host Burnley in the afternoon (4 p.m.) for this 24th day of the English championship.

The Man City lineup: Ederson – Stones, Akanji, Dias, Aké – Rodrigo, Nunes – Foden, Alvarez, Doku – Haaland.
