Halsey and Avan Jogia are enjoying a day out together. The engaged couple held hands as they went for a walk after grabbing a quick lunch on Sunday afternoon (October 20) in Los Angeles. For their outing, the 30-year-old “Bad at Love” singer wore a cream-colored mini-dress with black cowboy boots while the 32-year-old Victorious actor sported a white tank shirt and jeans.
