Wolves 1 Newcastle 2 – Sunday 15 September 4.30pm
The photo that Newcastle United fans had all really really wanted to see tonight.
A goal down at half-time, two-one up at full-time.
Lovely.
All’s well that ends well and two excellent long range strikes winning this.
Fabian Schar topping off his return with the key equaliser from more than 25 yards out, via a deflection.
Then once Harvey Barnes cut inside to give himself the opportunity, you knew where his trademark rocket was going, curling around the keeper into the top corner, the keeper no chance!
Another winning snapshot post-match.
Another photo = The fourth of this season.
The Newcastle United Head Coach introduced this tradition of a post-match everybody included photo following each victory, as he felt it had worked as a bonding exercise when he was at Bournemouth.
Great to see.
It is also a massive bonus just how much it winds up fans of certain other clubs and journalists.
‘Look at them, think they have won the Premier League / Champions League… etc etc’
I absolutely love it.
Thirty four more Premier League games to go, as well as fingers crossed plenty more cup matches, so hopefully many more of these photos to come.
