“Home Alone” star Devin Ratray was reportedly hospitalized “in critical condition,” leading to a delay in his domestic violence trial.
A family member told TMZ Monday that the actor, best known for portraying the older brother of Macaulay Culkin’s character in the iconic Christmas classics, has since been discharged from the hospital.
The source noted that Ratray, 47, is now “back home resting on doctor’s orders.”
They did not elaborate on what caused the hospitalization, or when the alleged health scare occurred.
Jury selection for his domestic violence trial was set to begin in Oklahoma today, however the process was pushed back to February.

The actor was in Oklahoma City in December 2021 with his girlfriend, whose identity was not revealed to the public.
After drinking an entire bottle of wine and taking multiple shots at a steakhouse, he downed at least 10 more shots at a Coyote Ugly bar, per an affidavit obtained by KFOR at the time.

His girlfriend proceeded to hand the fans two signed autograph cards without asking for money and return to their hotel room at Hyatt Place Oklahoma City.
According to the affidavit, he returned to the room after her and pushed her on the bed, holding one hand over her mouth while the other pressed down on her throat.

He also punched her in the face and pushed her into a desk, according to the police report, causing multiple injuries.

He “turned himself in and was processed” before posting $25,000 bail, cops told Fox News at the time.
Ratray is best known for his role as Buzz McCallister in the “Home Alone” franchise. 20TH CENTURY STUDIOS/DISNEYRatray’s attorney, Scott Adams, told KFOR that the actor denies the allegations.
“Mr. Ratray denies he ever laid a hand on her or did anything in regards to anything like that,” said Adams.
He entered a not guilty plea in February 2022.
