In case you missed it, the actor did not attend the premiere of their new movie Unstoppable at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 6 — even though he and his best friend Matt Damon produced it. However, J.Lo did. She showed up looking hot, too! The 55-year-old singer rocked a daring silver gown from Tamara Ralph that flaunted her killer body as it featured head-to-toe slits on the side held together with several black velvet bows! Jennifer received a good amount of praise – and Oscar buzz — for her performance in Unstoppable so far. And after having a bad year — not just in her personal life but her professional one too due to her failed album, tour, and musical film — she wants that huge award! A pal of the Jenny From The Block artist told NewsNation on Friday:
“She really wants that Oscar — and to be taken seriously as an actress.”
If the movie gets nominated for an Academy Award or Golden Globe, we may see Ben and Jennifer reunite again! We doubt the filmmaker would skip out (again) on one of these prestigious events, even if it means having an award encounter with his estranged wife! And here is where his honest thoughts about her gown come in…
Ben reportedly is unbothered by the whole situation! In fact, he “doesn’t care” to the point that no revenge dress — not even the one she wore at TIFF — will make him do a double take when it comes to Jennifer now. Ouch! A friend of the film producer said:
“(Ben) doesn’t care. He’s so happy to be free right now. She could wear all the revenge dresses in the world – hell, she could show up to the red carpet naked – and he would not blink twice.”
