Ivanka Trump’s Life Lessons.
After celebrating her 43rd birthday on Oct. 30 and reflecting on “life’s lessons,” the former first daughter shared “some truths” she’s “learned along the way” via X.
The first pointer the mom of three listed is that family and friends are “everything.”
“Nourish these relationships, check in on them, and let people know you care, even across distances,” she said. “As Esther Perel says, ‘The quality of your relationships determines the quality of your life.'”

“Every person you meet holds a mirror to a lesson your soul needs to grow,” she explained.

“Eating whole, locally grown, nutritious foods fuels your energy and spirit. (But enjoy that occasional piece of cake without guilt—indulgence is one of life’s joys too!” she wrote.

Because Ivanka believes that a strong body creates a strong mind, she recommended moving the body daily.
“Lift weights, play sports, and embrace play,” she said.
