JBL became one of the most must-see stars of 2024 thanks to his numerous appearances at all kinds of wrestling events, as fans wondered where he would show up next. In fact, JBL most recently recreated an iconic WrestleMania moment at an independent show.

The indie promotion ACW Wisconsin took to Twitter and uploaded a video of JBL making his unexpected appearance during the show, while former WWE Superstar Hornswoggle was competing in a match.

JBL came out with a trash can while Hornswoggle and his opponent stopped in their tracks and looked at what JBL was doing. After making his way to the apron, JBL ended up throwing the trash can at Hornswoggle’s face, knocking him out. This was a faithful recreation of JBL doing the same spot to Hornswoggle during WrestleMania 24 and many fans appreciated the homage as well.

The pro wrestling legend then stated that he made an appearance simply because he could. JBL then announced that he will be squaring off against Hornswoggle at Water City Wrestling Con on May 17th.

“I’m not scheduled to be here, but I can do whatever I want, whenever I want. I’m a Wrestling God and little Hornswoggle, I’m taking him on at Wrestling Con.”

JBL has been attacking other former WWE Superstars recently as well, is this is nothing new for him. Regardless, we’ll have to wait and see how Hornswoggle will fare against JBL, as fans are definitely excited about the match now.
