Je’Von Evans is set to compete at WWE NXT Vengeance Day if he can get cleared to compete.
Ethan Page previously attacked Evans on the December 17th episode of WWE NXT. Following the attack, Evans’ jaw was wired shut. Evans tried to save Dante Chen from Page on the January 14th episode of NXT, but Page bloodied him again. On the January 21st episode, Ava said that Evans was still not cleared to compete.
Ava spoke with Evans and Page backstage on the February 4th episode of WWE NXT. She initially said that Evans was suspended because he disobeyed her orders by showing up when he wasn’t cleared. Page said that Ava should punish him instead by booking them in a match. Ava then announced that Evans would face Page at NXT Vengeance Day if he got cleared to compete.
